In 1951 a British explorer photographed a huge ape-like footprint in the snow on Mount Everest. Some people believed the mark had been left by an enormous, muscular ice-creature said to prowl the mountains... Ancient folklore of the Himalayan people insists that a dangerous bear-man does exist, and it roams where few ever venture. In 2017, scientists tested the DNA of supposed yeti samples that had been collected over the years, including bones and hair. They found that all the samples came from known species - mostly bears.
