Eloise has worked in the publishing industry for over 16 years and is currently the Business Process and Inventory Director at Usborne Publishing. Over the last 11 years she has implemented a range of databases, including Biblio last year, rolling out training programs and an online Guide resource, along with creating the Product Safety Program. 2020 also had her devise new workflows and processes to meet the challenge of remote working across four offices, supporting IT with the rollouts of Dropbox, Microsoft 365 and an online IT Help Desk.
