Almost all animals are much, much bigger than their babies.
But there are frogs in the Amazon Rainforest, called paradoxical frogs, whose babies aren't so small... The frogs lay eggs that hatch into tadpoles, which grow almost four times bigger than the adult frogs. As they grow up, the tadpoles sprout legs, lose their tails and shrink.
