Independent Usborne Partner Survey Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1.    These Terms and Conditions govern prize draws offered to entrants of Usborne surveys of Independent Usborne Partners where it is indicated as such on the survey entry form.

2.    The Promoter is: Usborne Publishing Ltd (company no. 1124359) “Usborne” whose registered office is at Usborne House, 83-85 Saffron Hill, London EC1N 8RT, UK.

3.    The promotion is only open to Independent Usborne Partners who submit a survey before the closing date and time (as indicated on the survey) and who confirm they will be governed by these Terms and Conditions (the "Claimant").

4.    Only one entry to the Prize Draw is permitted per Claimant.

5.    No responsibility can be accepted for claims not received for whatever reason.

6.    Prize is as listed on the survey and no alternatives will be made available. Prizes are not transferable.

7.    The number of prizes is as specified on the survey and the winner will be randomly chosen.

8.    Claimants must have a valid Independent Usborne Partner account at the time the prize is awarded in order to receive it. If the winning Claimant does not have a valid account, Usborne reserves the right to select another winner.

9.    The Promoter will attempt to contact the winner three times. If the prize is not claimed within 2 days of the third contact, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner. 

9.    The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the promotion will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

12.    The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13.    The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

14.    By entering a claim, the Claimant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
