Usborne books on the Summer Reading Challenge 2021

The Summer Reading Challenge takes place every year during the summer holidays in the UK. Children sign up at their local library, then read six library books of their choice to complete the challenge – collecting exclusive rewards along the way!

This is a great way for children to keep up their reading skills in the long summer break, and we're delighted that FIVE brilliant Usborne titles across different genres have been selected as recommended reads for the Summer Reading Challenge 2021.

The Summer Reading Challenge Book Collection comprises 70 must-read titles for children aged 4-11. Each title has been specially chosen to reflect key Wild World Heroes themes including the natural world, young heroes, and taking action for the environment.

This is the fourth year running that a Billy and the Mini Monsters book has been featured, and the second time that an Anisha, Accidental Detective book has appeared.
