Laughing reduces stress and help us make friends
Scientists have found that when your muscles move and tense as you laugh, chemicals called Endorphins are released in your brain. Endorphins make you feel happier and relaxed, and also reduce the amount of stress chemicals in your body. So chuckle, giggle, chortle or guffaw and see if it helps your worries go away. Laughing also helps us make friends and connect with people better.
