Our money back guarantee
We're sure you'll love our books, but if you change your mind or no longer want any items for any reason, you can return them for up to 14 days from when you receive them for a full refund. Just let us know by phone or email (using the contact details below) and then send the goods back to us – you will need to pay the cost of postage and they must be unused and in a re-saleable condition. We will refund you via the same payment method you used to place your order within 14 days. Please see Clause 5 of our Online Terms of Sale for more details.
Faulty items
- We guarantee that all our goods will be free from defects in workmanship or materials for 12 months from the date you receive them.
- If any item you have purchased on this website or via an Independent Usborne Partner develops a fault during this guarantee period or you have any other complaint about your purchase please contact us by phone, post or email, using the contact details shown below. We will arrange for faulty goods to be repaired or replaced and we will pay the costs of return of any faulty goods to us. If you purchased your books from another retailer, please return them to that retailer who will replace them on our behalf.
- This guarantee does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear or damage through use (whether deliberate or by accident).
