A beautifully illustrated retelling of Hans Christian Andersen’s classic tale. Tom can’t believe his luck when a mysterious witch leads him to a cave full of treasure. But could a battered old tinder box for kindling a fire hold the key to even greater riches? Part of the Usborne Reading Programme of over 300 books, each developed with reading experts. Young Reading Series One is aimed at children starting to read independently.
