My daughter is 4, and chose this from the library. We have really enjoyed reading this together, the story is fast past and the combination of graphic novel and novel is perfect. I’m sure these will be brought to have in our home permanently.
My five year old loved this book - just enough challenging words for him, great characters and illustrations (and funny names!) and also a variety of ways to read the story - normal text, speech bubbles and also a comic-style section at the end of each chapter. Each chapter is about 10 pages, just enough for a little person's attention span! We will definitely be reading more of these books!
